Description

Proudly celebrating his family's roots in moonshine production - and even using the Polish word for moonshine, 'Bimber' - Dariusz Plazewski set up his London-based distillery in 2015 with Ewelina Chruszczyk after emigrating from Poland. Bimber is one of only a handful of working distilleries in London and of even fewer in the whisky-making industry. They pride themselves on a natural environment. This is a single cask single malt whisky from Bimber distillery, matured exclusively in a single Pedro Ximenez sherry cask (#41) and bottled on the 7th of May 2020. Only 335 bottles were produced.
