Description

Proudly celebrating his family's roots in moonshine production - and even using the Polish word for moonshine, 'Bimber' - Dariusz Plazewski set up his London-based distillery in 2015 with Ewelina Chruszczyk after emigrating from Poland. Bimber is one of only a handful of working distilleries in London and of even fewer in the whisky-making industry. They pride themselves on a natural environment and traditional methods, including a seven-day fermentation period and direct-fired stills. This Bimber Single Cask #194 For Belgium is a limited release single malt whisky, matured exclusively in an ex-Bourbon cask and bottled in 2021. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at cask strength.
