This Bimber Single Cask #249/2 is a Christmas limited edition bottled exclusively for The Whisky World. Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this single malt whisky was matured for an undisclosed length of time in an ex-bourbon cask with a period of finishing in a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask. It was bottled in November 2023 at 56.7% ABV, is non-chill filtered, and has natural color. This release is part of a limited outturn of 285 bottles.
