A single malt London whisky from Bimber Distillery, located in the Park Royal area of north-west London. Opened in 2016, Bimber operates a "farm-to-bottle" approach, sourcing 100% of its barley from a single producer and using traditional floor maltings and slow fermentation techniques. This Notting Hill Gate release is part of 'The Spirit of the Underground Collection', bottled to celebrate London's iconic underground stations in collaboration with Transport for London. It was matured in a single Moscatel cask, giving a sweet, toasted macadamia element to the distillery's character. This particular release is part of Release No.3 of the series.
