Description

A very special single malt whisky from Bimber Distillery, designed to celebrate the unique London Underground system. This Regent's Park edition is part of 'The Spirit of the Underground' series. Bimber Distillery, located in Park Royal, north-west London, opened in 2016 and operates a 'farm-to-bottle' approach, sourcing 100% of its barley from a single producer. This single malt matured in a single American oak ex-bourbon cask before being outturned to fill just 284 bottles.
