Nose
Lightly honeyed with vanilla and a grainy malty note, soft toffee, hint of citrus, peaches, apricots, roses, grapefruit, sour apple candies, toasted grains and yeast, with raw alcohol notes and caramel sweetness.
Palate
Smooth and rounded, with mild sweetness of caramel and honey, malt, biscuit, touch of nuttiness, tart citrus, jalapeño oil, toasted nuts, hints of wheat and barley, creamy, malty, peatier than on the nose, with notes of apple juice and apricot pie, grain sweetness with vanilla, caramel and cinnamon.
Finish
Medium in length and pleasantly easy, sweetness fades into a drier cereal note, soft spice remains with a small smoky accent, short, with a caramel sweetness.
