Description
James Buchanan & Company is a dormant subsidiary of the drinks giant, Diageo, who inherited it and its brands from United Distillers in 1997. They continue to market a number of the company's most notable products in various export markets however, including its Buchanan's and Black & White blends. Black & White is a classic blended Scotch whisky, originally created by James Buchanan in 1884. It's known for its iconic label featuring two Scottish terriers. It's a clean and mild blend with a fresh grassy flavor balanced by a light sweetness.
