Nose
Richly aromatic with 'rancio' like complexities of overripe tropical fruit, earthy wood aromas and an almost heady petrolic like undertone. Cask derivative coconut, vanilla and wood shavings can also been found.
Palate
Rich bourbon cask influences of coconut, wood and wood spices explode on the palate after the initial taste. Spirit led fruit character appears after a few seconds in the form of raspberry like esters and overripe tropical fruit and dessert wine.
Finish
Creamy chocolate, brandy snaps, coconut and ripe cherries in the medium length finish.
