Nose
Elegant. Smoke and gentle peat with a little malt, sweetness, embers. Subtle smoke, wood fired sauna, vanilla and vanilla sauce.
Palate
Great texture. Peat lines the mouth. Crisp with malt, tingling oak, barley. Kicks of vanilla and citrus. Cloying wood, vanilla, and wet, rotting, singed wood.
Finish
Oily, resin, vanilla, barley sweetness. Sparkling oak. The peat takes one step in the foreground while fruits and nuts dance samba on your tastebuds for a good while. No bitter or woody aftertaste.
