Nose
Sweet layers of summer berries and citrus, with hearty oak beneath. Intensely fruity and rich with wine gums, orange peel, caramelised sugar, and old oak spices. Aromas of mandarin oranges and salted caramel.
Palate
Oily malt and more tangy red fruits, chocolate raisins, with old leather in the distance. Intensely fruity, syrupy, and bold with red wine gums and mandarin essence and rich spices. Smooth tones of milk chocolate and sweet sorbet.
Finish
Baking spice warmth gathers, alongside stewed berries and hearty oak, with burnt biscuits and caramel keeping things sweet. Bold and full, with the sweetness of raisins and gentle spices lingering. Light and long with warming tones of wine tannins and a pinch of aniseed.
