Description

Dornoch Distillery, founded by brothers Phil and Simon Thompson in 2016, created this small batch blended Scotch whisky. It is composed of carefully chosen single-malt and single-grain whiskies, all aged for more than 6 years before being blended, rested, and bottled in September 2022 at 45.7% ABV. This bottle is one of only 340 produced for the Dornoch Hogmanay Street Party 2022, with £5 from every bottle sold going to the event. Matured in a combination of first-fill and refill sherry hogshead casks, it is non-chill filtered and natural in color.
