Blue Note Cherry Wood Cask Volume 1 is a limited cask-strength straight bourbon whiskey crafted by B.R. Distilling Company in Memphis, Tennessee. Distilled in Kentucky from a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley, it is aged in American oak and finished in sustainably harvested wild-cherry wood casks from the Jura region of eastern France before being bottled unfiltered at 119.4 proof.
