Blue Note Honey Rye Cask (2025 Release) is a straight rye whiskey crafted from a 95% rye and 5% malted barley mash bill, aged for at least three years, and finished in repurposed American oak barrels previously used to age honey. It is bottled unfiltered at cask strength (116.49 proof / 58.25% ABV) by B.R. Distilling Company.
