An elegant Boann single pot still Irish whiskey, initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels from Brown Forman of Kentucky, and then finished in vintage Madeira casks from Justino's, including Tinta Negro, Boal, and Sercial varietals. The mash bill includes malted barley, unmalted barley, oats, and rye, all locally grown Irish grains.
