A beautiful Boann Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey initially matured in ex-Bourbon Barrels from Brown-Forman (American Oak) with a heavy charring, then finished in Superiore and Fine Marsala Butts from Cantine de Vinci (French Oak). It is crafted with a mixed mash bill including malted barley, unmalted barley, oats, and rye, all locally sourced in Ireland.
