Description

The Bonnington story began in 2015 when Crabbie's came to Leith, Edinburgh. While building the foundations for the distillery, some of the old distillery's lore was discovered, providing the inspiration for our citadel icon. The Bonnington Sherry Cask is a matured Single Malt in only Oloroso casks. Aromas of dried fruit, caramel, vanilla and sultanas. The finish is a dry rich oak with a hint of warm spice.
