Description

A single malt Scotch whisky distillery opened in Edinburgh in 2020 by Halewood Artisanal Spirits, the first to open in the city's historic Leith district for nearly 100 years. This inaugural release was aged in a single Ruby Port cask and filled into 502 bottles. It primarily produces non-peated single malt, however some runs of peated spirit are also distilled.
