Description

Bonnington distillery was completed in December 2019. In 2018 a small pilot distillery was opened in nearby Granton Called Chain Pier. Producing just one cask per week, the owners experimented with various different malts, yeast strains, fermentation times and cut points before commencing production at Bonnington.
