A one-time, limited-edition Booker's Rye whiskey distilled in 2003 from some of Booker Noe's final barrels and bottled in 2016 by Fred Noe. It is a 13-year-old, cask-strength Kentucky straight rye whiskey, released as the Big Time Batch.

Nose
Deep charcoal and wood smoke, maple, peppercorn, salt, cherry, clementine. Robust vanilla and caramel notes; slightly smoky. Intense rye spice with notes of cinnamon, clove, caramel, and toasted oak.
Palate
Huge flavor, luscious mouthfeel, thick, confident. Peppercorn and soft multigrain bread, cherry, pine wood, pinecone, faint and fading dark chocolate. Vanilla, custard, sponge cake, sweet herbal notes. Deep and complex flavors of vanilla, nuts and oak. Bold and complex, offering cracked pepper, dark honey, vanilla, and dry oak. Bold notes of black pepper, dark chocolate, and leather are balanced by rich caramel, spearmint, and heavy charred oak.
Finish
Medium-length, heavy ethanol, lemongrass and palm oil, tannic and grippy, Nutella on under-toasted bread. Long and full; perfect for easygoing sipping. Long, spicy, and warming with lingering rye spice and sweet oak.
