snowline.postcard4 AugCaramel and oak give this 62.75% bourbon a warm edge.
Caramel and cinnamon set a warmly sweet tone, with dark chocolate and rich oak adding a darker counterpoint. The lingering black pepper gives the finish a clear edge; that balance is what makes this appealing to me.
SunbeamRadio14 MarBooker’s Bardstown Batch No. 6 has a clear sweet-and-spicy pull: caramel and vanilla meet cinnamon and black pepper, while oak and cocoa keep the sweetness from taking over. That’s more interesting than simply piling on dessert notes. The oak-led character gives the sweetness some structure, and the contrast makes this feel engaging without turning it into a crowded list of flavours. A warmly inviting bourbon with a little spice to keep things lively.
