Nose
Delicate and mineral, with sandy rather than smoky notes. Features light peach, lemon, green gooseberries, green apple, subtle camphor, oysters, and dried herbs. Also, a bouquet of freshly picked flowers, sweetened lemonade, limeade, soft peach, sweet pineapple slices, and a soft, medicinal peat smoke. Vanilla, Scottish tablet, and coconut milk develop.
Palate
Maritime with saltwater, smoked lemons, cold ashes, pink grapefruit, kiwi, salt, pepper, subtle leather, citronella, and sea shells. Also, tropical fruits like mangoes, papayas, grilled pineapple, and artificial peach rings. Peat is more prominent and medicinal, with dry leaves, black pepper spice, salinity, salted caramel, fresh lemon juice, and candied apples.
Finish
Quite long, with peppery brine, lemons, and a light grassy side. A light dryness develops, juxtaposed against ripe fruits.
