The fresh seaweed and salty hum give this a clear coastal thread, while Parma violets bring a distinctive floral note. On the palate, sweetness meets medicinal, salty dry smoke; the finish shifts toward sea breezes, lavender and pine air freshener, with Japanese rice crackers adding a savoury detail. That movement from briny and smoky to floral and savoury feels specific rather than loosely praised, and the freshness in the coastal notes is especially appealing.

The sweetness has a clear counterweight in the medicinal, salty dry smoke, which keeps this from sounding one-note. The seaweed and pine air freshener notes make it an unusual, sharply defined combination.
