- Nose
- A confident statement of heathery peat, citrus notes, ripe clementines, intensely sweet honeycomb and vanilla extract.

- Finish
- Gloriously decadent runny honey intertwined with butterscotch and vanilla.

tidepoolwren8 OctThe appeal is the way the sweetness sits alongside the spice rather than smoothing it away. Green grapes and baked apple lead into cinnamon stick and candied ginger, while the finish returns to runny honey, butterscotch and vanilla. Heathery peat and citrus add a firmer edge on the nose, so the sweeter Sauternes-cask character does not read as one-note. A composed, dessert-leaning style with enough spice contrast to keep it interesting.

88 / 100Ripe clementines meet sweet honeycomb and vanilla.
copper_notebook16 SeptHeathery peat alongside ripe clementines and intensely sweet honeycomb gives this a clear sweet-and-smoky contrast. Green grapes, baked apple and spice make the palate sound inviting, with honey, butterscotch and vanilla carrying through the finish.

89 / 100Oak and Sauternes casks meet peat and honey; that contrast sounds promising.
