Nose
Rich and complex, balanced between nutty character and sweetness with initial notes of roasted hazelnuts, leather, pine needles, and a hint of carbolic smoke. Followed by dark maple syrup, liquorice and charred peaches, with a background of Crème Anglaise, bergamot in syrup and subtle sandalwood and light peaty notes.
Palate
Roasted chestnuts, honey sweet with rich dried toffee, Grilled Seville orange zest and dry thyme, with sultanas, oak spices, velvety milk chocolate and peat smoke.
Finish
The finish starts with velvety mouthwatering, then mouth warming with long drying finish of light medicinal and peat smoke notes.
