Nose
Green apples, sea breeze, broken branches with fresh foliage, a lot of smoke, as if you are sitting by a dying fire under an apple tree on a warm June evening.
Palate
Smoke envelops the mouth, sour tones turn into sweet ones, but accompanied by moss, a fire, into which a little peat was thrown.
Finish
Smoky sour, going into apple essence, scorching.
