Palate
Bitter-sweet orange peel and peat-smoke roasted coffee, rich Seville orange, roasted coffee beans, and treacle, balanced by sweet vanilla and warming spices. Also, pronounced smoke and oak spice, with notes of slow-cooked meats, hoisin sauce, strawberries in balsamic glaze, and dark chocolate.
Finish
Velvet mocha and macadamia nut chocolate, with lingering notes of dark chocolate, peat smoke, and oak. A little chalky, ashy, and dry wood.
