Nose
Ash and fruity sweetness right up front. A bit more earthy and mossy peat smoke than I'm used to from Islay whisky - feels a bit more like Highland peat.
Palate
Campfire and meatiness up front, which gives way to a strong wave of ripe fruit - berries and plum. A rich smokiness coats the mouth.
Finish
Long, warm finish of smoke, spice and sweetness.
