This Bowmore 16 Year Old (SMWS 3.317) was distilled at Bowmore distillery in 2004 and bottled in 2021 by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society to celebrate the Islay Whisky Festival. This bottling, named 'Epitome of peaty elegance', was matured in a second fill ex-bourbon barrel.
