Subtle smoke of cumin, applewood chips, roasted meat. With rest, more sherry notes of juicy orange, Swedish Berries, fried bananas, lemon tarts, black licorice. Green tea, heather, caramel, and a hint of maritime. With water, rich raisin and brioche sweetness. [3]

- Medium texture. Sweet honey and brine, followed by piney peat smoke. Darjeeling tea developing into lapsang souchong. Blueberries, blackberries, pine, mint, melon, tropical fruit, and another hit of smoke. Black pepper and a hint of seaweed. With water, a pronounced chocolatey note. [3]

- Sweet and herbal. More Darjeeling tea and blueberries. Sea buckthorn, black licorice, turning to smoked fish, green wood, and earth. Lots of honey, light-ish sherry fruit, cinnamon, and cedar. [3]
