Dark and captivating with deep layers of peat smoke, fudge, malt, toasted oak, earthy vanilla, and dark chocolate. Hints of floral notes, red berries, mustard, honey, dried fruits, black pepper, and damp wood.
Palate
Full-bodied with floral and fruity notes, green herbs, dried fruits, and sweet floral honey. Notes of lemon, ashy smoke, oak, cured meat, caramel, fudge, cocoa, roasted coffee, mocha, and toasted almonds.
Finish
Long and resonant with red berries, honey, soot, dark chocolate, coffee beans, cut grass, menthol, peat smoke, and salty notes.
