Palate
Not too intense, with harsh oak notes, resin, pine, pine cones, and green apple. A slight syrupy, sappy sweetness, tiny hint of smoke, and coastal notes.
Finish
Quite smoky, woody with resin, dark chocolate, sea salt, sweetened lemon, and green apple. Slightly on the short side.
