Nose
Heather honey and honeydew melon with caramel and a little toffee apple come through first. Gorse flowers and vanilla pods sit in the background, with lifted notes of damson and orange zest.
Palate
Golden syrup and peaches and cream hit the front of the palate before spicy oak, milk chocolate, nutmeg and cloves fill the mid palate. There is an underlying florality of Jasmin with dry oak and light dried tobacco.
Finish
The dried tobacco continues with baking spices and dried oak intermixed with a little fudge keeping the finish sweet all the way through.
