Nose
A barrel in a dunnage warehouse with green oak, fresh floral notes, and earthy undertones. Layers of fruit (pineapple, peach, pear, banana, green apple), vanilla, chocolate, and sugared almonds. Hints of old books, wood, beeswax, toasted almonds, sesame seeds, and a slight minerality with salty notes and tomato vine.
Palate
Thick and smooth texture, sweet and rich with tropical fruit, dried apricots, honey, eucalyptus, and fresh herbs. Develops into rich dry oak, silky caramel, chocolate ganache, sugary malt, and toasted sesame-seed bagel. Mineral and slightly salty with yellow plums and mango.
Finish
Long, rich, and cooling, with fresh and soft sweet fruit. Notes of mango lassi, thick honey, green apple skins, eucalyptus, wet grass, pine needles, coconut water, and fragrant sweet flowers.
