Nose
Vanilla pods and chocolate raisins, hints of warm Christmas pudding and mulberry wine, encased in date syrup and walnut cradle. Rich dark fruits like cherries, figs, dates, with sea spray, toffee, chocolate, mild baking spices, melon, earthy funk, and warm sand.
Palate
The power of oak encompasses the spirit, with hints of cinnamon, aniseed, vanilla, pear, mango, papaya, and honeydew melon. Juicy tropical fruit, berry sweetness, pepper, wine/tea tannins, fortified or dessert wine notes, baked apple, brown sugar, toasted oak, and spices.
Finish
A heart-warming and long finish, with fruit fading to berry sweetness, toffee syrup, drying wood spice, tobacco, cinnamon, clove, and a berry-like tartness.
