- Palate
- Full-bodied, rich, and decadent with sweet and savory sherried notes, toffee, maple, dried fruits (raisins, figs, prunes, dark cherries), chocolate, white pepper, leather, oaky astringency, tobacco, sea salt, and a subtle oyster taste. Some notes of sulfur are also present.
- Finish
- Long and mouthcoating, with rolling waves of sherry, syrupy-sweet malt, smoke, fruit, summer flowers, pepper, earthy notes, mild oakiness, slowly drying character, green notes of tomato vine and cucumber, nutmeg, brine, soft spices, honey, vanilla, and toffee.
