Nose
Sweet and smoky. Lots of berries. Maritime. Sea breeze. Brambles. Plums. Fudge. Lychee. Smoky earth.
Palate
Rich and oily mouthfeel. Loads of fudge. Smoked sea salted caramels. Kouign Amann, in a very toasted caramelized sort of way. Earthy too. And nutty. Leathery earth.
Finish
Medium long finish. Earthiness. Smoke. Campfire. Cinnamon. Ash. Woody. Eventually turns a bit to the bitter side.
