Nose
Oak sweetness and spice reminiscent of Jack Daniels, with fresh air, coastal notes, dried apricots, banana, and apple. With water, notes of toffee crisp and caramelised sugar emerge.
Palate
Viscous mouthfeel with ice cream, brown sugar, and warming spice, also reminiscent of Jack Daniels. With water, brown sugar, tobacco, honey, macadamia, and pistachio nuts are present.
Finish
Long and warming, with a slightly shorter finish with water, making way for sweet and savoury characteristics.
