Nose
Mellow rich bourbon vanilla, soft marzipan, honeyed mints, coconut milk, buttered almonds, butterkist, poached pear, peach, mango and meadow sweet all gently held together by the magnificent aromas of 200 year Ozark Oak which covets the spirit gently as it drifts from the glass like pollen on a summer breeze. It's a wonderfully harmonious olfactory extravagance.
Palate
It's sublimely Scottish, full of passion and warmth and it treats the tongue like a catwalk, treating the taster to the full programme of how a hand - crafted Celtic spirit made with ancient skills can still compare with the best on offer. The richness of the spirit is beautiful, layering the palate with the intense waves of aromas experienced by the olfactory senses. It's sublimely sweet, fruity and oaky, confident that time has added the magic that few malts can achieve.
Finish
This classy feline single malt meanders slowly away daring you to refill the glass and relive an utterly wicked experience.
