Description
A rare and heavily peated Islay single malt from Bruichladdich Distillery, released under the Lochindaal name and independently bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd. Distilled in 2010, this whisky was matured for 10 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel before being bottled at a powerful cask strength of 60.2% ABV. Lochindaal is typically peated to around 50ppm, making it smokier than Port Charlotte but more restrained than Octomore.
