Nose
Immediate coastal peat smoke with salty, tarry, and medicinal sea spray, followed by warm malted grain, brown sugar, lemon peel, green apple, pear, vanilla, marzipan, and wildflowers.
Palate
Viscous, weighty, and peppery with salted caramel, smoked apple, toasted coconut, praline, vanilla cream, earthy charred peat, citrus oils, and mineral salinity.
Finish
Long, dry, and resonant with malt sweetness, soft florals, and vanilla fading into persistent earthy peat smoke and maritime salt.
