Description

Octomore 16.3 is a super heavily peated single malt from Bruichladdich, part of the 16th annual series released in 2025. Distilled in 2019 from 100% Islay-grown Concerto barley harvested from Church Field on Octomore Farm, it was malted to 189.5 PPM. The spirit matured for five years in a combination of first-fill bourbon, Sauternes, and Pedro Ximénez casks before being bottled at a cask strength of 61.6% ABV. It is non-chill filtered and has no added color.
