Description

The Valinch range celebrates each individual employee at the distillery by releasing a single cask whisky in their name. This Valinch No.71 was bottled in honour of Allan Sebastian, Head of Information Technology. Distilled in December 2009 and matured in a single ex-Sauternes cask for 13 years. Then bottled at a natural cask strength of 62.4% abv. A collectable release with an outturn of just 380 bottles.
