The Organic Scottish Barley was distilled using 100% organic barley from Mid Coul, Coulmore and Mains of Tullibardine Farms. Nose
Elegantly sweet with notes of barley sugar, honeyed barley, boiled sweets, orange blossoms, and a hint of mint. Floral notes of wild flowers, cherry blossom, and primrose are present, alongside delicate hints of sea air and spindrift. Caramelised fruit notes, lemon drops, tangerine, and a bready maltiness also emerge.
Palate
Smooth and fruit-forward, with red apples, white grapes, sweet cinnamon, brown sugar, and a gentle coastal influence. Notes of sweet hot cereal, fresh peaches, vanilla ice cream, new oak, and white pepper are evident, along with a malty, nutty character, dark caramelized sugar, and a touch of salinity.
Finish
Mineral-rich malt, toffee, and honey, with a warm, medium-long duration. Lingering notes of cereal grain, malted milk balls, peaches, oaky spice, and a peppery, drying sensation.
