Description

These hand-filled bottlings are available exclusively to visitors to the distillery. Valinchs are by definition only ever at cask strength, from a single barrel, and selected for their individuality. Each Valinch released has its own label and title, usually to commemorate a specific event. Specially bottled for Feis Ile 2019. This 13 Year Old Bruichladdich was distilled in September 2005 and matured in a second fill sherry cask. It was bottled at 61.1% ABV in a 50cl bottle, with an outturn of 438 bottles.

Nose
really sharp at first. Lactic stuff and strawberries and cream.
Palate
pretty much exactly what the nose promises. Big heat, characteristic Laddie malt, more strawberries and cream.
Finish
tangy, salty and peppery.
