Description
Bruichladdich Waves is a lightly peated Islay single malt whisky, part of a series created to showcase the softer, cleaner tones of Bruichladdich. It was designed by head distiller Jim McEwan and matured predominantly in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in Madeira wine casks. This release is non-chill filtered and colouring free. The distillery was revived in 2000 by Murray McDavid after being mothballed by Whyte & Mackay.
