Nose
Sweet and spiced like Banana's Foster sauce with caramelized brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and seasoned oak. Antique wood, wet soil, dry corn, and honeyed vanilla. Maple, caramel, crisp apple, and pipe tobacco.
Palate
Burnt brown sugar, caramel, barrel-aged honey, and toasted vanilla, with a spicy, peppery layer, baking spices, and aged cedar. Fig, dark chocolate, medicinal cherry, orange peel, leather, and mature oak. Thick and syrupy with deep oak, peanut brittle, and tart raspberry.
Finish
Exotic spice and caramel notes directly complemented by hints of buttery cream and cured tea leaves. Slightly drying oak, peppery, sweet, creamy caramel, baking spices, and tea leaves. Long with cinnamon, cardamom, cedar, dark chocolate, brown sugar, honey, nuttiness, antique oak, smoky char, vanilla cream, and red fruits.
