Part of Buffalo Trace's Experimental Collection, this Bourbon Whiskey was distilled in January 1997 from Rye Bourbon Mash #2 and aged for 15 years and 9 months in charred white oak barrels from Independent Stave subjected to a heavy #7 char treatment (charred for 3.5 minutes). It was chill filtered and bottled on October 22, 2012 at 45% ABV.
