Description

An experimental straight bourbon whiskey from Buffalo Trace Distillery exploring the impact of a 105 barrel-entry proof on rye bourbon mash #1. Distilled in November 2001, barreled into charred white oak barrels from Independent Stave Co., aged for 11 years and 9 months on the 6th floor of Warehouse K, and chill-filtered before being bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV) in August 2013.
