Description

Buffalo Trace Single Oak Project Barrel #184 is an experimental Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey released in 2011 as part of Round Three of the Single Oak Project. Produced from a wheated mash bill at 105 entry proof, it was matured in a barrel fashioned from the bottom half of an American oak tree with coarse grain wood, seasoned for 12 months, given a #4 char, and aged on concrete ricks.
