Description

Buffalo Trace Single Oak Project Barrel #102 is an experimental Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey released in May 2013 as part of Release 9. The bourbon was made with a wheat mashbill, entered the barrel at 125 proof, and was matured in a #3 char American oak barrel made from the bottom half of the tree with staves seasoned for 6 months, aged on concrete ricks in Warehouse L.
